I don't usually post reviews, but I met MaiLe today and she is wonderful! I recently had some questions regarding Non Profit mailings and she was so helpful. She was patient, knowlegeable and took time to answer my questions. MaiLe was so kind, a bright spot to my day.

The general helpline here is pretty bad, so I have to dock a star. They don't really convey that they care. The delivery people are pretty great, at least ours is. Only problem is the USPS main pickup scheduling system doesn't always send the information all the way to the driver. You can have something sitting for a week to get picked up. USPS has technical problems. Have a backup plan.

If you every have a problem here go directly to the consumer affairs office at the Merrifield branch.  If you try to resolve it here you are just going to waste your time!

Some of the staff should be moved around because they are rude and bully the customers. The lady at the passport window complains about the customers to other customers and is trying so hard not to be rude.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Constantly lose my packages, deliver them to the wrong house, my mail is always at my neighbors and when you call them they blame it on you! Wish there was a way to change my post office.
