The worst post office in San Diego! The staff is slow and hostile, and they rarely have more than one or two people manning the desk. Patrons often take up time with packages that are either not yet assembled and/or envelopes not yet addressed. This post office needs good supervisory oversight, signage that tells customers they must have their packages addressed and ready before approaching the desk, and a complete overhaul of the staff.

The stuff are very rude and seems they do not want to work.  Very unpleasant experience multiple times.  They only care about their break time instead of the customer.

Welcomed and treated like a vip by the 2 ladies working begins the counter. Outstanding customer service and they both were efficient too.

They stole my birthday gift sent to a poor needy girl!!! 
When I sent the package at the counter, the woman (Asian looking in her 60's) asked what it was.  My mistake was telling her that it was a toy sending as a birthday present.  Her eyes opened wide right there, and I thought to myself - Oh, no!!  But still decided to give her the benefit of doubt.  She then took the package and carefully put it under the counter, instead of throw it behind into the big bin.  Sure enough, the needy girl was disappointed and never received her birthday present on time, which I had to use other carrier to resend again.  
Isn't it a felony for stealing mails ???

Extremely disappointed is the second time that they did not deliver a package from Japan and sent it back to the sender, and it fits in the mail cause it's simple DVD. A matter of a week is taking almost 2 months. Inefficient, very inefficient!!!
