I've always had excellent service at this location. The employees have always been helpful and courteous.  The only time I have had to wait for very long is closer to Christmas, but that is to be expected...

I was shipping a package and the staff saw me holding my bag I was shipping and looking at boxes to ship with. Promptly approached me to help me choose the best box option based upon weight and destination. Helped me throughout the process of packaging and shipping as well. Very friendly and helpful.

Slower than average service with pretty mediocre service. Staff were moderately friendly and not savvy on shipping regulations, insisting we couldn't ship our packages even though we had shipped the same thing multiple times at other smaller locations. Overall pretty mediocre experiences.

Unprofessional.  I received a letter that PO Box rates are going up, however, they don't say in the letter what the new rates are.  How ridiculous?  Why tell me rates are going up and not tell me the new rates?  What?  I just called the Rancho Bernardo Post Office and asked what the new rates are and the woman answering says oh let me get a clerk and put me on hold....and NEVER came back to the phone.  I was on hold for over 15 minutes.  Now I've been calling for 20 minutes and the phone just rings and rings and rings and now it stopped ringing and just hung up.  Is there no one there answering the phone????  It's only 3pm in the afternoon...Is there not one employee there at the post office????  Unbelievable...

I was coming all the way from Escondido to pick up the mail from our business PO Box. It was a little after 9 pm and everything was closed. The lights were all on inside but the doors all locked.Since we pay for the PO BOX I feel it should stay open all night.
