Helpful stuff

They lost another very important letter!! This is the worst post office I have ever been to in my life. I placed the letter in the drop box and they have failed to deliver again. This is the 3rd lost letter from this location.

Garbage. No customer service. Extremely rude. Would expect higher quality service in such a great neighborhood. Pathetic and shameful.
