I live in this neighborhood and have had SIGNIFICANT issues with carriers. Sometimes I schedule a package pickup and the package never gets picked up, yet I get a confirmation email that the package has been picked up. I've also had issues with my mail getting delivered on time. I also get mail at my house for other addresses CONSISTENTLY. How am I supposed to have a small business out of my house when the USPS won't pick up? Apparently FedEx and UPS exist for a reason—and the reasons go from the local level all the way up to to the top. This branch is not the exception—super rude staff, always under-staffed, people take breaks at the busiest times of day (rush hour, after typical 9-5 hours). I fully understand why this system is a massive failure now.

I like this location. Friendly helpful knowledgeable staff most of the time. Another Plus are the hours they close super late and come in handy during the Christmas season when you are trying to get items sent out to reach parties before the holiday.

Most people that place reviews here are confusing two different matters; the distribution plant that sorts and distributes thousands of pieces of mail daily is different from the post office Station that provides customer service. There are no carriers that distribute mail from the GMF Finance station, carriers in that immediate vicinity come from the Montbello Station. The GMF Finance Station provides customer service for over 13 hours a day and has late night hours to help customers with their shipping needs and also post office boxes for customers. If you have something that needs shipped after normal 9 to 5 office hours.... then THIS is the post office that can help!

This place makes Amazon 2-day into 4-7 day and I think part of their processing procedure is finding new ways to destroy boxes. Over 1/2 of the packages I've received this year, 20 or so, have been severly damaged (punctured or crushed).

Packages do not get lost here, they get stolen. There are thieves here and they allow them to work regardless. A worker was arrested for stealing over 10,000 pieces of mail and he got a year probation as a punishment lol. What a freaking joke.
