Just like everyone else it seems, I'm not able to get through with a phone call. Not everyone has time to go up there physically. This many complaints and it's still happening??

I've called this office around 5 times now this morning to figure out why they can't deliver a package I sent a week ago. After ringing for awhile it is picked up but nobody speaks on the other side. After silence then a bunch of noise they hang up. Wish I could give them zero stars for their lack of service.

Still don't answer their phones. No options for email correspondence or anything other than physically going to the office.

I am disabled and rely on a friend to get my mail from our apartment box, which she usually does weekly. My mailman came to my apartment door this morni g to inform me that my box was full and he cant get any more mail in it. He knows my situation but after i told him i couldnt get my mail that week instead of offering to just hand It to me, since he came to my door, he said , ya thats too bad, and walked off. He knows me and he knows there are disabled people here but he doesnt appear to give a crap. Kathy grimm 841 nottingham dr Medina, oh 44256

awful. cant even answer phones. they answer and say nothing. someone should get fired if you cant even answer a phone.
