Our regular lady is usually fantastic and very careful. This mail guy was super rude and not wearing any clothing that let me know he was even from the post office just jeans and a t-shirt. THREW my box feet away from my porch which contained a mug that could have broken. I ran out and yelled at him and he ran to his truck and quickly sped off knowing he was in the wrong, came back minutes later thinking I wasn't looking outside, shoved the rest of my second package in my mailbox and sped off! And we have children playing on our street all the time! Careless. I do not pay for Amazon prime to have things delivered fast just to have the post office workers break them upon delivery to send back and wait longer for second same item!

Your typical post office. This one I believe only provides specific services. Never had a bad experience.

Moved to Illinois did a mail forward from Medina since I wrote my new township instead of my new city but wrote the correct ZipCode people at medina office changed the state of my forward mail to Kentucky to match the township I wrote as well as completely changing my Zipcode to a Kentucky zipcode.. lady on the phone just argued about how it was my fault and said that I wrote That I was moving to Kentucky and somehow I guessed a Kentucky Zipcode as well!! Hidden talent of mine I suppose??... I would avoid this location

Sat Nov 7 2017 I received a damaged magazine. I would like the carrier NOT to bend my magazines. There was no other mail and plenty of room in my mail box. see attached photo.

They apparently tried to deliver a package that needed a signature while I was unavailable. I'm not sure why it required a signature seeing as it didn't have a specified delivery date. Of course I would miss it!!! I tried the website and it didn't work properly on my phone. I called the number on the slip they left me, argued with an automated system for 20 minutes before it tried to put me through to a person. The line was busy, suggested I leave a number for them to call back within an hour, so I did. No one called. I got an email last night that said that they would re attempt delivery today. Since I was free today, I waited by the door with some snacks and tv. I waited for EIGHT HOURS and nothing. They did not attempt to re deliver my package and didn't even leave a slip. Most of that was USPS in general rather than the specific post office, but needless to say, I am very unhappy with noth USPS and this specific post office.
