I returned a package on the 29th of September. It's been almost a month and the returning company still has not received the package. When I returned the package, I was told I was "good to go" before even paying for delivery or even getting a receipt. The returning company says the post office still has my package and they have not sent it back. The staff member I talked to on the phone was NO help and said they didn't want to do something because it was "extra work for them". They clearly have lost my package and I'm out $311 now. Horrible post office.

I have multiple packages that "arrived at hub" and have been sitting there for a month now. I scheduled redilvieres and filed missing package reports and still absolutely nothing, not even a word. It's crazy to me that they lost them for almost a month, right before Christmas. It's insane incompetence. You'd think a dying business would try a little more, but that's clearly not the case here. In the future I'm going to avoid La Crosse usps at all costs.

Package promised on Sunday Nov 26th. Was promised Sunday delivery and was told starting the 26th through Christmas, Sunday delivery would happen. It has not, and not the first time I've had trouble getting packages. LaCrosse based usps is very inconsistent and doesn't worry about getting you your package on time. Have had times where it says delivered and half the time I get it a day or two later. I understand having some issues but not every time.

We have been getting mail, at our home address, for our County Court House for months now. We don't even live on the same road as the Court House. We have had child support checks, mail for the Clerk of Courts, the County Health Department and so much more. When we went into the post office to address it, the gist of what they said is they can't/won't do anything about it and we have to keep bringing the mail back to them. So we are making trips to the post office basically every other day to return very important mail back to the post office.....
