5/4/17: It is 8:40am and the doors are locked and nobody has showed up to work! Business hours are listed as opening at 8:30am.
I talked with the other lady that was here waiting and she told me that this is the 2nd time that she knows of that this has happened.

waited 15 min just to discover they were out of postcard stamps. general ambience is kind of funky.

Badly nderstaffed - usually only one person worki g there and taking care of everything. Still, they are helpful and nice .
