Went two times. No one helped me put my dresses on, my sister helped me with them all. Went yesterday to try on dresses again, walked in at 5. The FIRST thing said to my sister, one of my bridesmaids, and myself was, "We close at 6." (With attitude.) Ummmmmm first off I know I looked at your times! Secondly, it is a full hour! Then I asked if they could pull the dress in my card because I wanted to try it on again, the woman was not happy. She didn't help us at all. We finally just picked out our own dressing room and put some dresses we pulled into it. After waiting awhile for help to try dresses on my sister jumped in got some clips and told the worker that she was going to help me put my dresses on. When doing this my sister saw the dress I asked them to pull hanging over the counter, while the woman sat there eating food talking to a friend. She couldn't get up to bring us the dress?! She didn't even let us know she found it! She just sat there eating and talking. AWFUL experience. I will never tell anyone to go there. I felt uncomfortable the WHOLE time and not welcomed. Truly truly awful. I found the dress from another store and that is where I will be taking my business.

1. they put the wrong dress on hold 2. the dress i wanted (and was paying on)got damaged (red lipstick on the breast of the dress) and they told me if the dress i had on hold wasn't in the store then they could order it but it would be at a higher price due to it being a special order and that i would have to pay the processing fees 3. they promised me they would clean the dress when the payments were finished and after i raised h33L about it. 4. i went down to show my mother in law to be and the dress was still damaged after two months of it being paid off. 5. my parents had to go down and get the dress due to my work hours and my mother called at 530 to tell them she would be down, they said they were closing at 545 and if my parents weren't there in time they would have to come another day. (we live 75 min away, one way) 6. after the 1st visit i would not recommend this place to anyone.

Universe is the place to go! From the moment I walked into the store to the moment I left, I was treated wonderfully. We were given a tour of all of the bridal rooms with the dresses with a rundown of what types of dresses were where. Everything was so organized and clean. Michelle assisted us throughout my experience. She is amazing and you will be really lucky if you have her! She was so helpful but not overbearing. She was actually the one who found the dress I fell in love with. After I found the dress, it was a quick and easy process to get my dress ordered and get us checked out. I definitely recommend this store.

When I went in to get my wedding gown my mother sister and I were not greeted nor helped. I did however find my dress,dirty and needed fixed. They knocked off some money on the terms I fix it myself. Into the hour a woman helped us size for my bridesmaids dresses. We ordered them in November and still haven't got them,my wedding is next month. I've been in to make payments on dresses and I'm never greeted,my last visit it took 35 minutes just to pay off 3 of the 4 dresses I've purchased (which I haven't got yet) I thought I was doing them a favor by shopping local. I have looked forward to my special day and this is not the experience I was looking for. Very,very let down. I do not recommend shopping here of your looking for the experience of a lifetime. We have decided to even Choose a different route for the guys tuxedos.

I tried on my dream prom dress that was a size 6 and it was a little too big so they said they can order a size 4 for me... I end up buying the dress for $500 and they said they would order the dress for me. The next day they call me and tell me my dress is sold out. Very unprofessional place. They never said sorry either. Why would they let me buy a dress that is not even in stock? Will NEVER return
