Great bank! My husband needed to be present to be added to my account. We had to rush after work to get there in time, and the girl was willing to work with us right up until closing without acting annoyed. That's rare 👍

Great service when open. However it is super annoying that I can only deposit cash when they're open. I work during their open hours and can't ever deposit money without going out of my way. What's the point if having an atm if I can't deposit money after hours?

This branch has always been super helpful with answering questions about my accounts. They always have a smile on their faces and know me by name. I love visiting this branch whenever I get the chance!

We had an auto loan through UFCU and decided to pay it off and sell the car as we are moving out of state and only need one car. We asked what we needed to do to get our title so that we can sell the car. They let us know to just come in, pay it off and they would send the title between 7-10 business days. After 2 ½ weeks we called the bank wondering where the title was. The lady said that it was on its way and that if we didn't have it by the end of the week, to "maybe" call them again. We decided to give them another week before we called them again. This time, after about 15 minutes on hold, she gets on and tells us that they aren't sending us the title and that we have to fill out more paperwork and then go to the DMV to get our title. Why didn't they tell us this 1 week ago, or even 3 ½ weeks ago when we were in there? I don't know, but if they're willing to lie for a month to someone who they aren't receiving any money from, I can only imagine how lengthy the lies get when they are trying to keep a hold of your money. 

Long story short, I would never trust this place with my money again, and would highly discourage anyone that I know from ever using their services.
