Went in a few months ago for an allergy test. Came back a second time to get a different round of tests. They did the same test... When I called to dispute the charge of the unnecessary test, I was told it was being looked into and that I would hear back. I have called back 3 separate times and left messages and have not heard anything. I have heard from the COLLECTION AGENCY they sent the bill to after ghosting me. Happy to update if this gets resolved. As of now, looks like they do not care about their patients. Would not recommend.
