The University of Illinois Plant Clinic sets the goal to provide service to the citizens of Illinois and others by standing as a source of unbiased diagnosis of routine, unusual, and exotic plant problems and to provide educational support to manage those pest issues. The Plant Clinic is fiscally supported by National Plant Diagnostic Network (NPDN) grant monies, Extension CPPM-EIP-NIFA grant monies, Extension support, university equipment, personnel and building space, and by sample and contract fees.
