I’ve had good experiences here in the women’s health. My doctor was friendly and got me medication for anxiety and helped me again for women’s health. I briefly visited a physiotherapist as well who helped me with a sciatic nerve issue. The wait times are a little long but everyone I interacted with was kind and professional, and the pharmacy was always able to transfer my medications to where I needed it. Definitely better than regular clinics where you need to wait for over a month for an appointment and half the time can’t even help you.
Rude doctors and staff, nobody knows what they’re doing over there. Whenever I’m sick they basically tell me there’s nothing they can do and to just wait it out in pain. I’ll be sticking with Carle convenient care from now on.
Such kind and helpful staff. They attended me early and quickly. They also made me feel safe and comfortable during my appointment.
some of the staff members were extremely rude to me and fat shamed me three separate times. some were also wearing political, pro police accessories? seriously??
Nurses are rude and catch an attitude when you correct them on how to pronounce your name or when they say a completely different name.
A doctor actually told me not to trust white women and to stay away from queer people because they have diseases. This is a doctor telling me this. What???
love the lads and what they're doing at mckinley. for the people and student 100%
If I could give a negative star I would. I don’t understand why everyone I talked to at immunization department sounded so rude. We were not intend to go take some shots that we took at our home country already, it was only required by the school. They sounded like we owe them big amount of money. If you don’t like where you work at, don’t. Find somewhere else that can make you a nice person. At least your parents didn’t make you this way. I hope the person that’s in charge sees this so you can do something about your employees attitude. Thanks
You guys are all SO rude. This is unacceptable. Every single person that I interacted with has an attitude and I notice it with other patients too when they ask questions and they get rude, condescending responses. We are students, we are going to have a lot of questions and may not know all the protocols, bear with us. Praying to never have to come here again, this place made me upset that I chose this school.
If your thinking of going in for any type of women's health please please go through Carle, Christie Clinic, or even the local Planned Parenthood. Your student insurance should cover those types of visits outside of McKinley. They caused me so much unnecessary pain, I genuinely felt less like a human after leaving.
