I love my Mormon Trek branch. Everyone that works there is so friendly and always making sure you get the best service. And I was so nicely surprised when I got a cupcake coupon for my birthday and a signed card. That was very nice. Thank you for all you do.

This place is horrible! Never finance through this bank unless you want to get ripped off! They add things to your loan without your knowledge, as well as sign you up for contracts without your consent! Molly who works at this company has horrible customer service and is beyond one of the most rudest people I have ever spoken with! Once I’m done with this company I will never do business with them again. I highly suggest that no one go through this company or you will have added charges to your loan as well.

Just called for information because I'm looking to build and improve my credit but apparently (according to the lady)  they don't do that here lol tf is it called a credit union for and not a bank?

TO CLARIFY: I RENTED A CAR THRU HERTZ FOR OUR FAMILY VACATION. THE HOLD AMOUNT INCLUDED A $200 DEPOSIT (TOTAL OF $618). DUE TO THIS RECENT PENDING CHARGES CHANGE, THAT AMOUNT WAS COUNTED AGAINST ME AND I RECEIVED TWO OVERDRAFT CHARGES BECAUSE OF IT WHILE WE WERE ON OUR VACATION! THAT AMOUNT NEVER CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, NOT EVEN AFTER I RETURNED THE RENTAL CAR (FINAL TOTAL CHARGE OF $426). HOW DO YOU NOW JUSTIFY CHARGING ME OVERDRAFT FEES BECAUSE OF AN AMOUNT YOU HAVE NOT AND NEVER DO PAY OUT??? I DID THE EXACT SAME THING LAST YEAR FOR OUR FAMILY VACATION AND THE CHARGE DIDN'T COUNT AGAINST ME UNTIL THE CAR WAS RETURNED AND I WAS CHARGED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT. JUSTIFY THAT!! YOU CHARGED ME FOR MONEY YOU NEVER PAID OUT. SEEMS AWFULLY SHADY TO ME. I DON'T NEED A LECTURE ABOUT BUDGETING! I NEED A NEW BANK THAT IS NOT GREEDY AND THAT IS HONEST!!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! UICCU has recently started counting PENDING transactions against  customer accounts and they will charge you overdraft fees for money that hasn't even been paid out yet!! This is a recent change. Watch your accounts closely!  If you got hit with overdraft fees because of this, call them and complain or write to the Better Business Bureau!!! They will refund you. This seems like a very shady practice but it's not the first issue I've had with them. May be time for a change....

I scheduled an appointment with one of the mortgage officers at this branch. I showed up 10 minutes earlier for my appointment and was told he left for the day!!! Are you freaking kidding me? I took time off work since you don't work on Saturdays only to find you left for the day??? Then I went to the teller to do some simple transactions.The teller didn't know how to do it and consistently asked the help from others. I mean, why do you guys have people standing in the front desk without training? Then I followed up with my auto pay that I asked them to stop last Saturday and found out that it wasn't stopped. I just knew this was going to happen since every time I asked for some simple changes to my account, I need to go to the branch TWICE to have it done. They simply can't do it right in the first time. I am really disappointed. The front desk people seriously need some professional training. I mean ask your stuff go to Hills Bank and see how they dress and talk to customers!
