Had to go here for a DOT physical for work. The Doctor told me because my BMI is 35.7 I have to come back in 3 months and take it again. (According to the Doctor the DOT law for my size is no more than 35) I than called the federal DOT office in Ames, IA and they said there are no such BMI standards. Back in 2014 a BMI chart that was supposed to become a law had been sent out as a guide, but it never got passed. Now it should just be the doctors recommendation. I know this place deals with corporations so they they feel like they can over charge people because they are not directly paying for it. Too bad I'm not going to sit back and let the Nonprofit I work for get screwed by this place. I'm working with our corporate HR to find a new corporate doctors office now that I've been able to prove that they are just after making more money.

I'm not sure what the other guy with one star is talking about. This clinic has no ER. This Family Medicine place is great. Friendly staff. Dr. Hong is awesome.

I was suppose to have a appointment at 10. Didn’t get seen until almost 11. Doctor was very rude

Male nurse in the emergency clinic straight ass hole no people skills at all rude not friendly piece of work !!!! Medial field aint what it used to be
