Leaving work at 3:00, after a 7 hour work shift at my new job, wearing a dress and heels. I had plans at 5:30 for a faculty meeting across town. I waited 25 minutes for the white route UK bus before deciding to walk all the way to K-lot. When I got there, my feet hurt and my legs had chaffed. It was now 3:47, I was in my car on the way to the transportation building, and the K-lot bus finally arrived at the roundabout. When I got to the transportation building, the road was closed and  there was construction everywhere. I used the last of my money to pay my parking so I could walk to the transportation building.but when I got there, a guy named Jeff asked what he could do for me. He told me his computers have been down for five hours.she let me vent to him and then he offered for me to sit down and take off my shoes.just helped me with what I needed, gave me any information that I needed, and offered to help me some more. He went out of his way to get me something to drink, and was extremely nice and helpful.if you ever have any problems, just asked to talk to Jeff. He is very considerate and tries his best to help.

Called 11 times the past week and every time they have been too busy to answer. When they finally did I was put on hold and then they hung up. Very bad service.
