booooo for closing down traffic on 3rd street, gaulbert ave, and hill street and then giving out tickets to those who live on and had to park in front of their homes on 2nd street. y’all knew you had blocked any access to our private parking and then administered tickets for anyone parked on the street a minute after 8 am. sad money making tactic.
