I loved Dr. Brown. He is caring, gentle and understands how nervous people are facing oral surgery. He far exceeded my expectations. I recommend him highly!
Great experience from start to finish. Front desk personnel were great to work with and Dr. Block did an amazing job with my wisdom tooth extraction. All of the assistants were attentive and made sure I didn’t have questions or concerns after the procedure.
Dr. Brown is awesome. He explains all procedures in a simple, yet informative manner. No regrets choosing University Oral for my dental needs.
Dr. Brown is amazing. He is the first and only doctor I will let remove a tooth without knocking me out. I didn't even feel the needle.
It only took a week to get a call back to schedule an appt for a referral from my dentist, and I left a work meeting to answer the call, and I couldn't schedule anything unless I had my provider ID in front of me which I didn't and was told to call back with it. About 10 mins later I got interrupted at work again with a courtesy call about needing my insurance ID to even book an appt. I got done with work, got the card, called back, and was immediately told that they don't take United Healthcare, even though I had said it was United Healthcare the 1st time. And I found the lady who answered the phone when I called to be kind of rude. Pretty sad way to treat people who are concerned they have a serious problem that needs to be looked at.
I was very nervous about getting my wisdom teeth extracted but the nurses and assistants were very attentive with me and helped me calm my anxiety down which helped me so much! Very short procedure Dr. Block did great!
I could not recommend Dr E more. My daughter has a history of significant medical trauma, and he was patient and gentle, putting her at ease so she could successfully have her procedure completed.
I highly recommend University Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery; Dr. Brown and the staff prioritized my comfort during the entire treatment, offering thorough explanations for each step of the procedure.
From the front desk to the doctor and the assistants who worked on me, I have nothing but great words for them! Very professional from start to finish. Highly recommended!!!
