Saw an excellent doc. Told to follow up in 2 weeks. Called to make an appointment, nothing available for over a month. Waited weeks for initial appointment. No "after hours" appointments. Good care provided, but doesn't make a difference if I can't receive it. Transitioning to a smaller, more responsive practice group.

Nothing with issues from this office. I waited over an hour and a half my last appointment. When they scheduled my surgery I waited for 2 and half hours. They charge way too much for faxes that they can never fill out nor even fax correctly. I Have had to send multiple emails and have had to call several times because of this issue. The whole thing is a scam, they make you pay cash and I was refused a receipt. I'm pretty sure what they doing by charging $30 for a fax is illegal. I'm putting in a complaint with the state over this issue. I will not be returning to this office in the future and I have told many people not to waste their time.

Therapists are wonderful, Dr.s are thorogh and the only thing is wait for appointment. Receptionists could be a little happier too but... It's a busy job!

I had received a call the day of my appointment but missed it. I called back & was not sure who to connect to so I hit ‘0’ for the receptionist. She never stated her name but she was extremely rude. I explained to her that I did not receive a voicemail or anything & she replied ‘well how am I supposed to help you when I don’t know who called you. This is a very big office’. It’s my first time going to this office & all I know is someone from their office called. Her rudeness was not appreciated. I will be mentioning this today when I come for my appointment.
