The Park Manager, Art, is a very great, Straight-up guy to work with. The park is very clean, very safe, and lots of families. Also, the new homes the offer are beyond impressive. I was blown away when I walked into our first showing. Not what I was expecting at all, they are gorgeous houses inside.

Very nice community! Lots of children, of many ages for my children too hang with. The park is being updated literally everyday!! The older homes are starting too slowly fade out and Brand new homes are being brought in... Very affordable living here!! The park management and the grounds keeper are awesome!! Park manager Art, Janet, and Mike are a great bunch of people.... Hard working.... I see them stay late everyday. They will literally go out of there way to help you.. Honestly i would recommend this Community to all my family and friends... Close to all the amenities!! 100% Satisfied!!!! Don't be shy...... come join our community. You won't be disappointed......

Fake nasty unethical management. Only squeaky wheel gets the grease. No suggestion box no care! Streets and sewer problems. No salt or sand all winter. No picnic tables or benches. Over grown trees and roots affecting trailers skirtings footings sidewalks no care no comprehend. Branches scraping destroying roofs squeaky wheel does not work. Costs money like black topping your sidewalk and driveway they don't want to spend. They have been selling shitty trailers to innocent low income people sure glad this supposedly with city help has come to the end. Bring in new trailers are they even giving them the legal up to code slab and footings who is watching them! Time to unite as neighbors as friends
