They over charge for their medications and its very sad. Very disappointed that I found the medication elsewhere for WAY cheaper. 80 vs. 600 is a ridiculous difference!

I live in Provo, but my doctor at University of Utah filled a prescription at this location. It was a special mixture prescription that would not be available anywhere else in the state. I did not have to wait long in store, and the staff were helpful in applying my insurance so I didn't have to pay full price for the prescription. Weeks later, I got a personalized thank-you letter and coupon in the mail! No pharmacy can compare, and they have my business for as long as I live in Utah.

Horribble sat there 2 hours excuses only person helpful was intern wouldn't give me my meds till they got fax from my Dr what they are for never been treated so bad wouldnt take my insurance treated like i was not a person I even got name brand meds worst pharmacy ever i am also gonna call there if I could rate them 0 outa 5 i would worst personell ever especially entitled technicians that was place was a joke of all jokes unprofessional the staff should be fired or condemned I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE. Not 15 min wait i will take my scripts anywhere but here they don't care about you what so ever will call there corporate cant even make things right apologize or sympathize with you this place literally the garbage of all garbage city dump should be there instead and there staff making good money and can't do nothing right at all the interns do better than they do there not pharmacists there frauds cons and most of all liars and beat around the bush thanks.
