Stopped by late this afternoon to pick up some food and a few other things for my Frenchie. Lights were all on but the automatic doors wouldn't open. Called the store and the person answering says they are "closed due to the weather." 

Mind you, no snow on the ground (or really expected prior to 2 AM), and ALL other stores in the shopping center (and general area) are open and operating as normal. They could have at least placed a sign on the door informing customers that they were closed. 

Worked out okay for me, though. The Petvalue store across the street was open, so they got my $40.

Very helpful
I took my dog to puppy playgroup.  I don't think that it was run effectively.  The trainer runs the group, but he did not seem to into what he was supposed to be doing.  I asked questions many times and I was ignored.

Very helpful staff. Smaller version of the big box pet stores, which I like. If they do not have something specific in stock they have offered to order it for me. Excellent community interaction with many adoption events.

Thank you to the two employees that helped us last night.  We came in very close to closing time (sorry we didn't realize how late it was) and were greeted and helped enthusiastically.   We really appreciated the help.  We were looking for a new dog food and were able to pick out one that our dog loves.  Thanks again!!

I got totally screwed at this place.  They screwed up the computer trying to use my ten dollar coupon that I was using toward a cat tree that I got completely ripped off on. The cat tree is tiny and it was $100. Sometimes it falls over when my cat jumps on it!
