Was left in a room at the ER for 90 minutes straight, despite efforts to use the call button and being assured someone was on their way multiple times. Eventually, I called my husband crying. Don't know what he said, but he called the facility and within 10 minutes the head nurse and a doctor were in the room apologizing. My original nurse came in during this and they did have the common decency to flat out tell her to leave the room. This was after being told conflicting things about my options in course of treatment by the nurse and x-ray tech. Long story short, I was given the wrong preparation and my stay got needlessly extended. As an added bonus as I was in transit between the treatment room and X-ray room they lost track of which tests had been run and had a protracted conversation about "Bed Two" while patently ignoring my attempts to tell them that, yes in fact I HAD peed in that cup. Complete chaos.

Very slow service. They take there time with imaging, even in serious cases. Also, my patient was there for a back problem and headache and rude employee hit the doorframe with his bed, as she was wheeling him out. Totally unexcepable!

I have had a lot of testing done at this facility. The personnel, the people who take the tests are just WONDERFUL. I have a Service Dog, and she accompanies me through all my testing, and they are great about it, as well as the Doctors. The reports get to my attending Physicians ASAP, which is great. I can not say enough about this Hospital and their Staff. I have referred quite a few friends, and family to Passavant Cranberry. Way to go guys, keep up the good work.

It would be great if one could make an appointment for an x-ray. Walk in is nice, but some people have places to be and can't sit in a waiting room all day reading a magazine from 1992. Here is an idea--take walk-ins and take appointments

I will never bring my children to this hospital again. From previous visits, they have never been able to help and always send us off to Children’s in Pittsburgh but not without charging a bundle. So this time after my daughter hurt her shoulder saying that she heard something pop and couldn’t move her arm I called ahead to see if they are capable of handling a dislocated shoulder on a child. The lady rudely answered that she cannot diagnose anything without us coming in. I tried to explain that I am not interested in a diagnosis; I simply wanted to know if they are equipped to handle a dislocated shoulder or I will take her directly to Children’s. She began yelling at me until I decided to hang up on her and go to Children’s to get my daughter help. Thank goodness for Children’s Hospital!
