Always a happy, caring staff who my lab/coon-hound Ollie LOVES! No issues ever going into here for his vaccinations and check-ups. Everyone working there has been extremely kind and helpful.
I'm very glad I found this gem of a Veterinary Hospital as soon as I moved to Columbus about 2 years ago. Easy to get a hold of, great with checking up on you and following up with a call to see how your pet is doing. Above and beyond. I highly recommend. A++ service with a smile!

I have two dogs that go to Upper Arlington Vet Hospital. The staff is very friendly in person and on the phone. They even have online appointment scheduling, which has been wonderful since my schedule can change abruptly. My pups see Dr. Heather Giatis who is an extremely sweet person. She takes time to carefully discuss any concerns I have, exam my dog, and then discuss with me the options I have. She is very thoughtful and reassuring. I would recommend family and friends to this hospital.

Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital is by far and away the best veterinary clinic I have ever visited. I have been bringing my four legged family members here for 10+ years and would never even consider seeing another veterinary practice. Everyone from the front desk, to the Vet techs, to the Doctors’ are the most friendly and accommodating staff I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Just today one of my dogs was ill, I called at almost 4 PM and they were able to squeeze me in today! This isn’t the first time either that they were so accommodating, it is EVERY TIME. Five stars isn’t a high enough rating for the outstanding and wonderful service they provide. I wish I could make them my doctor!

We have used Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital for over 5 years for both of our labs. All of the doctors do a great job at communicating any concerns quickly and if surgery is needed they fit them into their schedule in a timely manner. We drive from across town because we know the level of care we are getting at Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital. All of the staff have helped keep our dogs happy and healthy!

The staff is very friendly. When it comes to problem areas, like ours with his heart murmur, they give you plenty of information & a good recommendation. They are honest & direct about next steps. They also keep good record of all visits in order to track the possible seriousness of an “issue”. I’m not sure what other facility’s prices are like, but our annual visit was $190 (included an exam, poop sample & 1-2 shots).
