I asked for my laundry to be hung up after drop off that was really no big deal because the clothes were folded.  HOWEVER, I'M MISSING CLOTHES AND THAT IS A BIG DEAL!!!!

This place is a complete Joke... My washer lid lock broke and so we took the laundey here to wash it until the part could be replaced... There were 7 washers even working and while spinning the front of one of them completly came off the front if the machine... the place was trashy and didn't look like it had been clean for months we waited for the laundry to get done washing and took the wet clothes to a different place to dry them we will never return... so nasty

Came in needing large machine.  Only one that public can use.  Lady was rude.  I realize people might be upset the machines have not been keep up to date and customers putting too much soap in them, but I did none of those things.  I just wanted to use a machine to clean my cushions.   There is no air conditioners which is not good on the mAchines either.  We really need  a better laundry mat or one who care about the customer.  I do know keeping the machines clean is part of it.  That is part of it.  The younger lady was nicer but does not realize this place has gone so down hill.

Well at one time it was a good laundry mat many years ago in the early 2000s.  Many of the washers and dryers were broken and one washer had leaked and a towel had been left there to sop up the water . There were several elderly patrons there and I was afraid they might fall. Also there is no change machine on the premises and no signs saying to ask the attendant and when I was there that day the attendant stepped out to smoke 3 times in the hour I was there .

I used this business to do my laundry for 3 yrs. The lady that used to operate it, she quit in April,2016, was courteous, professional and always pleasant and my clothes were always clean and fresh, at a very reasonable rate. She always called me when they were done. The woman that now runs it is rude, condescending, the clothes were not clean or dried and folded or hung the way I wanted and the price as of today October, 2016 tripled. I am disabled and limited on my ability to spend time doing my own laundry. Since I also am unable to make this anonymous, I am fearful of taking my laundry back here. If I had other options, I would certainly use them.  BEWARE of Uptown Laundry!!!!
