When I purchased their $150 super-duper detailing service they managed to badly scratch my driver side door. The gentleman who was collecting the tip after destroying my car was so polite, he even opened a door for me to make sure I don't notice the scratch. It took some time to convince them that it was their doing when I brought my car back. Management took responsibility and gave me 3 free "super washes" and a paper to take my car to the body shop which I obviously was never gonna do because I wouldn't take my chances with perfect paint match. It was nice of them though, I appreciated their effort to make it right, that's where star # 2 comes from. Today I went there for my last free wash. And I was disappointed with the result. I will attach pictures so that you can judge for yourself. I'm not taking my car back and warning all of my friends. If you take people's money - do your freaking job right! Awful job etiquette.

It was a busy Saturday morning when I arrived to have the car wash . Pleasantly surprised at how fast, efficient and high  quality wash I received in timely manner. Especially enjoyed how clean windows inside and outside are. 
I will be back!

Mixed feelings. The first time I went I got a regular wash and everything looked good. This time, I just returned from a snowboarding trip and my car was in need of some TLC. I got the WORKS so they could also get underneath to spray off all the salt and dirt. When it came out of vacuuming, I watched the guy wipe it down. He didn't look like he was working for tips, he looked like he would rather be somewhere else. The black trim that runs around the bottom of the car was never touched and really stands out. The sides still have dirt patches where they completely missed during wash and dry. The windshield marking where they write what kind of service you are getting, half was untouched and the other half was smeared across the windshield. And the dash was just smeared and not cleaned. Plus no air freshener. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't know if would return. I feel like I should go and rewash it myself to fix what i wasted my money on. Dissapointed.

Place is hit and miss. Some workers are ok but most times they do a poor job. I don’t see any oversight from management.

My go to car wash guys for a long time due to convenience,  fast and decent price.  Haven't tried the detailing but the car wash and wax and wheels for 30 bucks is too not shabby,  I usually just get the regular wash for 10 bucks.
