I have been an unlimited wash customer for years and today I was treated very unfairly!! I have 2 vehicles and only one of them I have the unlimited package on. 
I was told today while bringing my other vehicle that they were only doing full service to their “unlimited” customers... I wanted to pay for a full interior/exterior and they declined me, even though I have an account for my other vehicle!!! Then I was told that if I wanted full service today I had to purchase an unlimited car wash package for $37 and then I could just cancel it in 2 weeks!!! What the hell is that? So they just let me drive away with no wash...

Worst car wash ever! Worst management and service related issues resolvers. First if you pay with your debit air credit card they will sign up you for their monthly wash subscription without customers knowledge. Second my car came out completely dirty after first wash and same even after second wash. Manager Mike don’t even worry about it. No money back, no apologies, nothing! Please avoid this place! This is SCAM place!

Just paid $22 for car wash and lava wash. It was so fast I don't think wax was ever applied, but either way, the car is still dirty in front, rear, and front right/left windows. Suggested solution for management: have someone checking cars at the end and to scrub clean anything that the mechanized wash missed...which was a lot in my case.

Gets your car clean but the salt around here or brine around here is everywhere. I won't do the triple wax anymore. 2 expensive for limited results. Other than that, the place is pretty good.

Good quick way to clean and get your car clean and protected from road salt. Different levels and prices.  Beat road and feel clean as your car looks.
