What an amazing hidden gem! The food the environment the customer service everything is just amazing! It was my first time in Urban Cookhouse and I was not disappointed. The manager advised everything is good and he was right. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite or a relaxing meal.

Me and my family have been coming here since the day they opened but the quality has gone down hill. Tonight we decided to give it a second chance and were disappointed. When we arrived the cashier was hostile and rude. The food was mediocre, but we looked forward to the half baked cookie which use to always good. When the cookie finally was served (it takes 20 minutes to prepare) it was completely raw, not half baked. The dish was more similar to a soup than a baked good. My family decided the cookie was not safe to eat, but when we talked to the staff they insisted we were wrong and that was how it was suppose to be served. Unfortunately with the horrible service and uneditbale food, we will not be going back.

This was my first visit and I ate here at around two in the afternoon. The food was quite good, but the service was a little lacking. Because I had never been there before, I was unaware that you're supposed to order at the counter and then they'll bring your food to the table you choose. When I walked in, there didn't seem to be any employees around, so I stood there for a minute or two before I realized that I needed to order at the counter, which was unstaffed at that time. The person who took my order was pleasant, but seemed to be the only person working in the dining area and was rarely around. The food was good and was prepared and delivered quickly, which is the reason I am not disappointed by my experience here.

Today was our first visit to Urban Cookhouse and boy were we impressed! I had the White BBQ Chicken Sandwich with Cheddar Pasta and my wife had the Veggie Wrap. Both were fantastic. I can see why this place has a 5 star rating now. We highly recommend it.

I got chicken nachos and it was super good. For dessert I ordered the warm cookie with ice cream and that was delicious as well. My first experience there was great all around.
