When the employees aren't swiping through tinder and ignoring you, they follow you around acting like you're gonna steal something. Guess what, being 29 and the manager of UO doesn't make you youthful or cool it makes you a loser. Get a life nerdz

Don't particularly care for the clothes themselves, but the staff/management wasn't very nice to me.  The store is unneeded in a sea of better stores nearby both for products sold and staff.

Terrible. I got charged nearly $100 for merchandise I never received. When I brought this to their attetion they told me I was wrong and the pending charge would cancel, but low and behold the next morning I woke up to see a completed charge in my account. So here I am missing a bunch of money, with no product to show for it. Now I have to go out of my way to somehow get the money back. The woman "helping" me, Shana, was also extremely rude. I won't shop at this store anymore.

The manager is horrible! She cancelled my wife's second round interview because she called in to reschedule due to her doctor's appointment (she is 3 months pregnant mind you) ! Won't shop here again.
