My husband and I booked an appointment at the Photo studio to take pictures for our first Christmas card together as a married couple. The photographer was amazing and made us feel comfortable during the photo shoot. We ordered our Christmas cards, and two weeks later, we went to pick them up only to find that my name was messed up on them. They had the name correct on my receipt but not on my cards which was bizarre to me. So, I decided to give them another chance. They ordered another set, and this time I spelled it for them as they were typing it in. My husband went to pick them up the second time only to find that my name was once again misspelled on the Christmas cards and in the same way like on the last set. I typically a tolerant person, but this just left me very dissatisfied. I would not recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to waste their gas, time, and money

The customer service is really really bad I will cancel the JCPenny's card and will never make any purchase there

J C Penney had a big black Friday sale on line 11/23/16 I placed my order for 5 polar bear gift holders for $3.99. J C Penney charged my credit card and I told them I will pick up the order from the store at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, Illinois. Today is 12/07/12 I still do not have the order. have tried to get this resolved for over a week. I called customer service as JC Penney as they suggested was on hold for an hour rep said she could not help me I, had to deal with the store because it was a store pickup. I called the store the rep there said call customer service. I went to the Woodfield Mall location in person she said she could not help I need to call customer service. The merchandise I am waiting for is on sale in the store however, I was told I would need to pay that price it is currently and not the price which was from the black Friday sale. Furthermore, I would have to cancel this order and wait for my refund to appear on my card. In other words pay twice. No one at JC Penney is helpful.
