This is NOT an actual walk-in clinic, despite how they advertise themselves online. This is an extension of the hospital's emergency room. You will experience emergency room waiting times, and more importantly, you will be charged FULL emergency room prices. If your condition does not require hospital care, find somewhere else to treat it, or you will regret it!

Was in and out quickly. The doctor was very helpful. He was very concerned with prescribing medications that were safe and effective. The staff was friendly. The building was clean. Will recommend to anyone not feeling well in the Fitchburg area.

Thorough, professional and prompt care- I was able to avoid going to the ER form my condition. Will return in the future.

Very appalled at the way my daughter and I were treated this evening. The urgent care facility turned my sick child away because I arrived right at 6:30. Although it says facility is open to 6:30. I just so happen to call before I arrived to mention it could be a possibility that I would be 2 minutes late. Women on phone said I couldn't be seen, although I said I may arrive right at 6:30. She still insisted my child could not be seen. Instead of being late I arrived right at 6:30. The woman who answered phone was waiting right at door with security officer to make sure I would not be allowed in with my sick child just because I arrived right at 6:30. And woman walked away before I got to the door so she wouldn't have to look at me in the eye. Btw i drove 40 minutes to this urgent care facility because it was the only one open in this county. I'm not a degenerate. I'm a hard-working mom who works 3 jobs and was trying to have my child seen at this facility so I wouldn't have to be up all night in the ER or miss work to go to the regular doctor on Monday. What's the use of even having a urgent care facility if your turned away at the door for a ridiculous reason for an urgent sickness.
