A grumpy lady showed up ten minutes before the first tour of the day to setup the booth. We bought tickets and boarded and things were okay. The tour is an automated recording, no personality involved, and it turns out the grumpy lady is paid to point at things. We stop at this is the place state park and are told the bus has mechanical issues and is unsafe, so we have to wait there for an hour or more. They offered to buy us tickets while we wait to view the park. Turns out, they ran out of gas.. so that's interesting. The park was incredible because a director gave us a ride back to downtown. I added a second star only for who I assume was the manager. She was polite and does her best with the people at hand. No refunds offered of course.

Enjoyed the recorded info from lots of different people. Also appreciated our driver focusing on driving and giving us great additional info during the stops.

This tour is great. It's a lot of fun and offers you the unique experience of riding on a hop on hop off tour. The double decker bus is especially fun and gives you a unique view of the city and the different sites that you don't get with other sightseeing tours. Even though I've lived in Salt Lake most of my life, I was surprised at what I learned.
