Moderately good service, could be better, like... Why not have just the last train car a smoke friendly one? That way, the drunks can not smell as bad but also make them less irritated  & less aggressive. ... I'm in a bum-ish kind of situation but i do miss simple freedom's. The officer's could be more understanding, though, and less discriminatory towards the few homeless who are at least doing something to fix their situation.

Very disappointed. I called to find out of my documents were there,and they said yes. I gave them my phone number,but no body notified me that they were going to shred my documents, those were school records that I have no way to get them back.  I was very sad.
