My experience with the staff was good they went out their way to help me understand my situation and helped me. The security on the first floor was where my bad experience happened more than once. The security guards are disrespectful towards black people, sad.
Was told by a staff in H& R Block that this location of the IRS office moved 3 years ago. So the location no longer exists.
Someone get that Dominican "security guard" a life !! He is so miserable and takes it out on the people visiting this building. I watched him be rude to everyone that came in through the doors. Cmon. If you're so unhappy ... get a new job
Worst place they treat people as animals, like 3rd world country. And most stupid thing is make appointment for a school transcript. Employees always have attitudes like if that is a military boot camp. Need to change the staff Asap. It doesn't look a civilized office of the government or state. No costumer service
I attempted to help an 84 year old man regarding a notice he received that his tax return was not received. We were put on hold for over an hour. Badge #100185015 answered and put us back on hold. The message said 30 to 60 minutes! It is 6:24 PM. At 7 PM, they will most likely hang up on us. This is inexcusable. I wonder how many people have died while being on hold with the IRS. Then they want estate taxes! I tired to submit with zero stars but I was forced to give IRS one star in order to publish this review.
Worst ever. Security think they own the place. Most of the staff there have the worst attitudes. And now you have to make an appointment to wait outside until they decide to call you in. Was raining when i visited and got drenched while waiting to be called in.
IRS gets a bad rap. But my fellow co-workers do best work possible. This specific facility and my experience attending was great.
Security guard at the bottom is a complete a-hole but other than that wonderful people attended me at the office, if I am no mistaken rosanna was very nice!
The stuff weren’t bad, but the security they sure got bad attitude, specially the Dominican guy, he should treat people nicely otherwise his job will be harder
