Parking is easy. The office is on the 3rd floor. The receptionist is helpful regardless his flat tone. My appointment was 2.30pm and I was called to be served at 2.30pm. Amazing! Exceeding my expectation, the tax advisor (who assistesd me) was very professionally friendly and helpful. She answered my questions and made sure that I understood. Only two concerns: IRS has to provide website appointment (instead of only phone call) and a restroom 9n the 3rd floor.

Service is good. The waiting time was worse than DMV. Super long wait. It took me over 60 mins for waiting.

This place is useless specially starting with the receptionist, shes not very kind i can believe how people like that can be in the front of the public desk. Stupid fat ass ugly woman. Not very polite been there i ask how can we get w- 2 form from past years 2 -3 yrs ago she send to wait on those chairs, and back to her after 30 minutes, i went back and nothing happen she just make waste my time and told me to make an appointment my question why she dont tell me that since the beginning. Very sad im surprise how they can keep people like that working in the government public place and this is the gold dream Ca.whata poor service honestly Eva Solis.

Fast service IF you have an appointment I got serviced within 30 mins and quickly got what I needed no problems and the lady was helpful on other information IRS offers. I was pretty satisfied with my visit 😊👍. The last IRS place I went to I will be giving them no stars lol BTW it was the one in Van nuys avoid that place 😉 your welcome.

Poor service.... Government employees don't care and will never care. They drink coffee and chat and call one person per hour. I arrived down stairs at 7am to get a spot before they open the doors at 8:30am, it's 9:40 and they have only called one person. We have 50 here today waiting so it's going to be a long day. This waiting game is unbelievable, I strongly don't recommend this IRS office to anyone.
