Terrible staff that puts the community's lives in danger. They are negligent. Navarro and her supervisor did absolutely nothing to remove a 2x felon to trespass on my property when I told them exactly where he was, spoke to them numerous times to come get their responsibility.

I had a relative go to this office, she is Hispanic the majority of agents in this office are black and dislike Hispanics, I know from the racist comments I overheard, they did NOT realize I work for the federal government. This office has been reported on ALL there agents including the main one which is Supervisor Tanya White who is a very ignorant person who thinks she has authority, when there are much much higher people then her. This Supervisor is a racist she insults parolees discriminating them for there race and also of there crime. These parolees did the crime and did the time they deserve more respect, these agents work for us Citizens in the state of California. I will make sure this incident does not ever happen again. These parolees are human beings despite there mistakes in Life treat others how you want to be treated I was disrespected by this office and supervisor I will make sure I seek JUSTICE in this matter.
