There is no way these comments are legit. This is a small town and I am sure those comments are from friends and/or family. The old woman that works here is very rude. At first I thought she was just angry because she is well over retirement age and is still working; however, that is not the case. She lacks customer service and etiquette. She kept saying this isn't a post office but her business and she is a contractor. There are signs all over saying "Post Office". If this is her business she needs to take a business management class. I should have went with my instinct and not went inside. It's a little worrisome when a post office is inside a car wash. I contact the Post Master General and I recommend anyone else who has an issue with her do the same. Especially being a contractor she should have much better service.
