HOLY ATTACK OF THE KARENS I went there for a passport which takes a little extra time than your average post office visit and in the matter of time that I was there 15-20 mins? the attending clerks were both treated rudely, disrespectfully and with entitled behavior by at least four different customers. One man was edging on violence. These employees legitimately need a security guard... or bouncer The internet blew up retail store Karens and it's time we call out these post office rude Karens next because NO ONE deserves the treatment that I had witnessed today. ESPECIALLY considering that ALL attendants we're QUICK, HELPFUL, WITTY AND WORKING HARD. It was uncalled for and you patrons, my NEIGHBORS - SADLY should be ashamed of yourselves. For shame.
The worst post office ever. I had a package sent back to me twice, I repaid for the label and it still got sent back with the CORRECT address, name and apartment number. I asked for them to resend it and try again since I was within the 30 day limit, but they refused. Didn’t even bother trying to find another solution. I paid up to $32 to ship this package since I had to pay for two labels so far, and they can’t even help me. Worst office staff ever. I went to ups and guess what? They sent it and it got delivered with no issues. Do better usps.. I will never go back to this office again
All post offices aren't ideal. They're unpredictable because of the MANY "moving parts" of this HUGE operation these wonderful public servants assist on. The staff here has ALWAYS been as helpful and efficient as possible. People think they're the only person that matters in the world so, get over yourself and give these workers the credit they deserve. Workers: you are AMAZING! Thank you
Very unprofessional! Their staff called around 10 to inform that my appointment is at 10:40. Most places didn’t allow me to take pictures in the morning which caused me to visit multiple locations until I was able to find one. Once I got there late the person that attended me was very rude and unprofessional. She wore glasses. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Literally the worst staff members and the worst office organization or just general lack there of. I've been turned away three times for clerical issues with their passport scheduling system and when you try to confirm your appointment by phone, no one picks up. It's just ridiculous that people have to take off of work all for nothing when there are system errors on their end. Get it together. Should be just zero stars
Brittney was rude and had an attitude. I was asking questions related to passport and she said let's get it to it and ok let's move.
So I have a package to pick up at the post office. Online it indicates no good location to place so they left a note. First- no notes were found in the mailboxes. Second my family been at home 24-7 pretty much and because it's a public housing, there's a location to place all package in near the office. Ok with me for the extra trip to the post office. I sent my mom over and were told there's no package, so she left. But it clearly indicates it's at the post office. I called post office to confirm before sending anyone there again and no one picks up. As I waited for someone, the phone hung up. Thanks for doing nothing.
The new woman I get is always so rude and says you are not allowed to do things you definitely are allowed to do. She’s terrible. I find the staff here either are amazing and go above and beyond like a guy who used to work there last year but I think retired, I miss him or are the absolute worst. Hire people with good people skills please.
The delivery drivers at this post office refuses to deliver parcels shipments to my address. They NEVER show up for the deliver than claimed that they did and no one was home. Everytime i order something online which are too big to be left in my mailbox, i always end up having to GO to their location to pick up the package ! I prefer fedex and UPS deliveries instead of the USPS service - because they do not do their jobs .
I order items frequently and expect to get my packages delivered on time. They never knock too see if anyone is home and never leave a notice for you to pick up items @ the Post Office. I get emailed saying that they left a notice but they never do. Very dissatified customer...need major improvement with delivery options!!!
