The whole staff there is perfect. I think Colleen is the best. Wish this location could do more but it has nothing to do with them. Much better than downtown.
My favorite post office! I drive out of my way to make it to this one. The ladies are both extremely nice and helpful, especially when you become a regular like me!
Love this branch! The clerks always go above and beyond! They are so pleasant and always have a smile. Even if there is a line I don't mind waiting, they make sure everyone is treated with respect and as if you are their most important customer!

I know they don't take what any of us say into consideration because that's just not how things are done and people don't care anymore... but post office Definitely needs an earlier opening time especially for people who go to work early and get out late! Kinda crazy.
There should be an inside secure drop box location for outgoing mail especially during these busy pandemic times with the holidays quickly approaching. Since the post office doesn’t open until 9 am.
I love at Montaup Street in Fall River. I keep getting the wrong mail and my neighbor gets mine. I complaint twice about this mail man and nothing seems to work. I received mail for a Mary Ann Johnson who lives at another address, so i put it back in the box. I received the same mail again.
They said they delivered my package at 7:03 pm. I was standing out side, and watching the street no usps truck came down my street since 12:00 pm! Whoever was supposed to deliver my package and didnt but said they did should get fired!
The customer service recieved by the local staff is fantastic, however when a situation is out of their control, you can't blame them, they will go out of their way to try and resolve, but if the item never arrived at their facility, they dont have a magic wand to resolve the issue. In my opinion, they do the best they can with the resources they have.
The Gentleman at the counter, very helpful, very professional.Was in and out in record time! Kudos, 2 thumbs up! Great job.
