This is a tweet spot. I say that to acknowledge they’ll present to be courteously friendly, but it’s all useless group think chatter & a waste of everyone’s time when my mail hasn’t been delivered efficiently. Especially since I’m not the one who’s getting paid to execute the delivery tasks specified during the agreement of our business transaction. Quota’s unmet & counterproductive to economic business demands.
The best service I've ever had in any postal office! Both a sweet lady and a gentle did a great job! Keep up the great work!
This post office is a different breed! When their security curtain broke and would not open for two days, they were told to close up and go home. This team said, “No way!” They stayed open and worked around their equipment problem to continue to serve their customers! How’s that for above and beyond the call of duty? I’m proud to know each and every one of you guys and girls! Way to go!
Received excellent service from the two ladies working here today. One was moving along the line nicely and the other was checking people out, they both greeted every customer and were fast and efficient. A+

Fyi - self-service kiosk is out of service as of 4/12 so don't waste your time coming here outside of business hours. An update here or on the app would've been helpful to save the trip.
Have had issues with location as long as I can remember. They can't even be bothered to close my mailbox after delivering. And its not a once in a while occurence. Almost every day I get home from work, the mailbox is full and wide open.
Three times in the last week I have had the wrong mail in my mailbox. Or my mail is in someone else's box. Our neighbors have to resort mail everyday. his has gone on for several months since we had a new carrier. I have had the manager to my house last November. Promised it would be better. WRONG!!!! Problem is diversity, No intelligent people there...Perhaps you could hire Amazon to deliver the mail. Our carrier was delivering mail and watching a video on her lap one day. We Need Our Mail Delivered Properly!!!
I wish I could give 0 stars as a rating! There is almost always very poor customer service, and most of the employees are super rude to the customers! There are new employees here that are nice. There needs to be some major changes around this facility, like as of yesterday! I've been in this facility several times there is only one person working here! Recently, I went in to conduct business, and the line was super long because new employee was left to handle everything all alone. The more seasoned employee seemed to not care. She continued to ignore the customers as if we weren't in the building, and pulled her counter drawer, small conversation with the new employee, count down the drawer, and left the employee alone to assist 10-20 customers. It's such a shame that it has been like this for more 3 years... Not to mention that I've had packages go missing, and when I used the tracking number to search for the item/items nothing found. Or it says the items have been for delivered. My items were stolen, and it's and inside job. I was informed by a female and male customer that they also are having this same issue. My suspicion was absolutely correct about these individuals being thieves! But they work for the government so they don't really care. They get paid very good money anyway!!! So, why steal packages from the customers? That's crazy as all get out! If you can use another Post Office please please please do so! This is just awful!
I’m rating the postal carrier for my area only. First, I am thankful for them as essential workers. That being said, I’ve had the wrong mail delivered to my address so many times that I had to put a label on the inside of my mailbox so they get the address right. Even that didn’t help. So I now keep a “wrong address” sticky nearby to put on mail for them to deliver to the correct address. Most recently, I was waiting on certified mail to be delivered from one of the utility companies. Someone was home ALL day on Saturday but when I pull up to check the mail, there’s a pink notification about the certified mail saying “no secure location available.” THE SECURE LOCATION IS THE HOUSE TO WHICH YOU REFUSED TO GET OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE TO COME TO! If you’re too lazy to do your job, you probably need a new one. Now I have to go up to the post office to get mail that should’ve been delivered to me.
