I visit this post office several times a week in order to ship items I sell on eBay. The staff is kind and helpful;  contrary to many of the other reviews.  The only time I’ve actually encountered a long line was during the holidays; which is to be expected. And they offer an express drop off service for prepaid packages; which helps save time. That demonstrates their desire to prioritize customer service and adapt to a changing market.  The Post Office offers an affordable way to ship small packages and parcels. It seems to me that many of the negative reviews on here are not based in reality and reflect unrealistic expectations. I have received better customer service from this Post Office in comparison to the UPS store.  When it comes to the parking - you have to remember - this post office is located downtown. I’ve never had an issue finding parking and 15 minutes only cost a nickel. Again - the critical reviews are unfounded and reflect unrealistic expectations.  The employees here do a great job and deserve more than five stars in my opinion.

This place is absolutely horrible, horrific customer service, I'm on hold for an hour and a half, and they refuse to help me. As soon as I found out my package was shipped via USPS I called immediately,  because I know how they are. They refuse to deliver ANY PACKAGE to my place of work, is that even legal?! They deem it as if the address is not readable. Straight from Amazon. I even had AMAZON call to get an address change, and it was too late, as soon as they see the address, they immediately ship it back to the sender.  What if it was a shot, that is kept refrigerated and is a life or death situation? Because they refused to deliver one of those packages once, the man didn't die, but another two days he would've.  This place is an absolute joke, anyone who works there should be terminated, I hope they lady there goes broke and becomes a bum.

Worst postal department in the area. Delivers packages to the wrong addresses and no one cares. Can't find addresses so they don't deliver. You call to find out what the problem is and get no where. Big waste of time no wander postal services can stay afloat in this economy.

I ship packages from home for my business. I either utilize a drop box near my home, or schedule a pick up. Many times now packages in the drop box show no movement for at least 2 days, yet I am told "the box is emptied EVERY day". Packages are not picked up when they are to be from my home, yet the SCAN forms are scanned and taken. 2 times in the past week I've gotten confirmation that the package pick up was successful, but I still have those items!! They are no longer reliable.

I have never been treated as rude as when I called the Lebanon pa post office and talked to Ann. She could care less why I was calling. I moved into my home 3 years ago and to date still get mail for the old owners. Honestly for years I have gone paperless so 1 letter out of 50 for me each week is a high volume week for mail being sent to “me”. Ann told me it’s illigal for them to do anything and my only option was to put the mail back in the mailbox everyday, “You go there anyway dont you”. Its unacceptable that I should get other people’s mail, mags, orders and what not and can’t stop it at my own home for the last few years. I would hope the post office could only send mail that is mine to my home. Ann says I need to live with it. What do you think?
