Like another reviewer, I am also surprised by the number of bad reviews for the Red Lion Post Office.  I deal with them routinely and have rarely had a poor experience.  Even when very busy, I always get top service.  Packages are delivered to our front door (we live on a very bumpy, dead end lane), and every effort is made to deliver our mail to our mailbox even when the lane conditions are icy and slick.  The only issue I've ever had is that occasionally mail for other people ends up in our mailbox.  However, our mailboxes are grouped together and I can see this being an honest human mistake.  We've lived here for 10+ years so I'd say that's pretty good for that amount of time.

Surprised there are so many bad reviews. I deal with all of them on a regular basis and even the so called horrible, rude "gray beard man" all very pleasant! Is no one allowed a bad day every now and then? I have seen them help and locate packages for hundreds of people but everyone on these reviews tends to think these clerks also are in charge of driving the mail also to your doorstep.
Where its priority your "ebay" package is not the only one that matters people!!!! USPS sorts thousands of packages a day.

Mail carriers don't take outgoing mail from mailboxes. Just stuff in packages or if they won't fit in the mailbox they just get tossed wherever.

I never go to the post office, but the past two times I have went, have been terrible. It comes from one man. I don't know his name, but he has a big gray beard. He has the worst attitude I think I've ever seen and I've seen some bad attitudes. It's like someone took this man's lunch money or something. Whoever hired him should be fired because no one like him should be in charge of getting our mail delivered.

This post office absolutely sucks! Don't expect any resolution from any problem you have with them. A gray haired older bad attitude lady who was delivering mail this past Saturday in my neighborhood deliberately skipped over my neighbors & I group of mailboxes which would be a group of 10 on one big mailbox. She lied & said the mail was undeliverable when it was deliverable. I watch her ride pass the mailbox without delivering the mail. Last time I checked that was against the law. So I went up to the Red Lion post office & asked to speak to a Supervisor on Monday...he was eating lunch so we had to leave our number he said he would call back...he didn't call back. We go back up there Tuesday morning & once again the prick is too busy & makes up some excuse as to why he's too busy to come speak with us for a minute as to why this very rude & incompetent postal worker wouldn't deliver our mail on Saturday. We shall see if he calls us back today but I wouldn't hold my breath. This is the worst post office I've ever been to. Bad customer service.
