Associates aren't knowledgable when it comes to USPS. I have sent items multiple times from this location, and each time the associate has to call the manager and I end up spending 15 minutes just trying to send one thing. I recommend going to Cedar Falls USPS where the associates are trained properly.

I have had a package sent to me twice and both times the sender did put the APT number which is his fault, but upon trying to call the phone rang several times with no answer. I attempted to call 4 times. Unacceptable.
