The staff is very friendly even when you can tell they have been stressed they always are helpful. I was a little off put by the wait of the lock change but from my understanding that isn’t anything to do with usps. The front desk clerk was very approachable and had a funny but serious sense of humor that I think could be mistaken for rude- I didn’t see it that way what so ever I thought he was kind and helpful and hilarious. Try going in if your calls aren’t answered, that only seems like a logical plan of action if calling fails. :)

Great service .They are understaffed but they would always try their best to help you. For all those talking about they don't answer their phones, well there you go. They are serving people. Maybe you stop being lazy, pick yourselves up and go to the post office you wouldn't have to call 5-10 times. Any other questions you may have , I'm sure you can google them. Everything is online , from calculating shipping fees to hours of operation to the kind of services offered and much more.

The service is great, but they are just too understaffed. There is always such a long line during lunch and the poor guy, Mr. Orlando, is the only one working the front desk. It would be better if they were properly staffed.

It's a post office. Simple and standard. Great customer service.

Constantly understaffed, especially around the soldiers' lunch break, but the staff is usually very efficient and friendly! Just would be nice if they had an extra person during those 2 hours or so.
