I've never met a group of individuals that are so bad at there job, both at this office at the usps office on Leavenworth St. I cannot tell you how many times I've had to call in to ask about my mail, missing packages, etc. A majority of the time I speak with Marco at the Leavenworth St. office and he is absolutely no help in any way, shape, or form (which is funny because he is the manager). You're only two jobs are to deliver mail and provide customer service and you can do neither. Every time I talk with someone I get a short, condescending answer with no apology whatsoever. The most recent time I called in Marco told me he would be giving me a call back the same day or next day. Here we are a week and a half later and no call. When I asked him why he didn't call me back, he said he didn't need to and he was sure it wasn't him that I had spoke with.
The reason no one uses USPS anymore is because they hire horrible employees. Maybe start with hiring competent workers, then look into fixing other problems.

This is at Dillon's customer service center. Not a full service post office, but they sell stamps, and can ships domestic packages. The wait time is better than the city post office.
