Imagine accompanying your daughter into the post office with a mailing envelope that needed to be sealed. Imagine your daughter approaching the clerk who doesn't welcome or address either of you but instead rudely slides a desk top tape roll toward your daughter not speaking a word to seal the package. I watched my daughter, awkwardly taping up this package with gift wrapping tape and the clerk not saying anything. The disregard and disrespect was apparent. Compare that to another company, often called Brown, that has exceptional service, welcomes the customer every time, seals the package, and ensures a positive experience. People debate why USPS is struggling to maintain a customer base. Be better USPS.
Went here to send a parcel. The parking lot was almost full roughly 8:30am, one or two spots left. Be cautious and mindful about it. The place is clean and the staff are very polite and friendly. Overall a good place.
We needed some help with a lost package today and the staff was very friendly and helpful with very little wait. Thanks!
Different postal carriers most of the time, they all have one thing in common, they ILLEGALLY park 10 ft from the end of the street corner. if someone has to turn to the right around the corner well there's a mail truck in the way so they have to go to the left side of the turn and hit someone else head on. The law states, if there is an intersection at the end of the road where you are parking you must be 20 ft away from the intersection if there is a red light or a stop sign you must be 30 ft away from the intersection. I parked my car 20 feet away from the intersection to remain legal, and a postal carrier parks their van 2 INCHES !!! off the bumper of my car, no kidding! that still puts them within 10 ft of the intersection. all kinds of room to park across the street from me on both sides about 60 ft of open parking, and yet you choose to park 2 in off my bumper and 10 ft from the intersection. you need to train your people better, not only is it ILLEGAL... IT'S RUDE TO PARK THAT CLOSE TO SOMEONE'S CAR. I am not kidding at least 95% of the time The postal carrier van is parked right on the end of the street corner, IT'S ILLEGAL !!! next time I'm calling the police, and I WILL be filming your activity in high definition to submit to the police department, you better learn how to drive. YOUR POSTAL CARRIERS WITH THEIR LACK OF CARE ARE CREATING A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION FOR OTHER DRIVERS ON THE ROAD.
Jonathan our mailman is by far the greatest one we've had. He's such a caring and thoughtful young man always checks for out going mail and we always get the right mail. More postal workers should strive to be like him.
Every time I have been in this facility everyone has been extremely kind and friendly staff and customers alike. If there is a line, it never takes more than a few minutes. I find this location very efficient and I have never had any problems sending out packages from here.
I realize they close at 5 and I sprinted in at 5 for two stamps for my taxes. I made eye contact with two employees behind the counter and said may I please get some stamps? They both looked at me said nothing and rolled the curtain down in my face with no words at all. Rudest thing I have witnessed in a very long time. At least answer the question being asked. I am the GM of a business and would never allow this type of service at my place of employment. Absolutely unbelievable!
I disagree with every other poster--this is a fine place where they actually adhere to the scanning for tracking, and I receive packages about every 2 weeks. They've gone so far as to hold items for me in the office when I call--even if they were already sorted--they always get Express delivered by noon. Plus, my mail carrier is friendly, prompt, and delivers regularly by 1000. Maybe I'm lucky, but that adds up to excellent service.
Our assigned mail carrier, Mike, is fantastic! However, when he’s not there, you will notice the difference. We have informed delivery thank god, so know what should be coming. Substitute mail carriers are TERRIBLE - everything from marking packages delivered when they’re not including meds, contact lenses to delivering someone else’s mail/packages to us I’ve had to drive packages to the correct address several times; I’ve put flat mail back in the box for them to redeliver to the correct address on different STREETS, only to find it added back in to the next days’ mail!. It’s really sad that the subs perform so poorly with such consistency!! Maybe I’m mistaken, but I thought READING was a job requisite!
This area and branch is the worst I have ever seen. We have a carrier that walks as slow as I have ever seen a person move. We never get packages and says "dog issues." I can understand not trusting a dog. We moved our mail box to the edge of the yard. We have an envisible fence. We cannot stop letting the the dog out. I cannot understand the simple lack of common communication. I have attempted several times to talk to this lady and she refuses. She shows up at all different times. The management is aware of the problem and yet nothing is done. Worst service ever. Would only happen from a government agency.
