This location has a lot of thieves so please track your packages constantly its a trend for them too scan your package as delivered and haven’t delivered it….these people should be no where near people stuff because they cannot be trusted this is my second package has not been delivered by them and I will not make it the third one cause I can see my self going to jail if they continue like this.

I went in to process USPS Direct Mail item for my business which I have done before at this location no problem. The second time it was a problem because the resource at the window wasn’t listening to the instructions provided. The supervisor Kevin called me to tell me I needed to pick the boxes up because they were not sorted. I called because I knew this could be resolved over the phone, Kevin answered the phone acted like he didn’t just call me put me on hold to never return. I hung up and called back a young lady told me Kevin stepped out was at lunch. I jumped in my car it took me 15 minutes to get there, and Kevin was right there at the window packing up the boxes that he claimed where not sorted. Once I explained to him how it was sorted for the second time since the lady wasn’t listening when I dropped it off the first time. He claimed it was just a misunderstanding, which was fine but it could have been taking care of over the phone.  The staff is rude including the manager the other manager who was suppose to call me back never did but went on google to troll my business and give it a 1 start rating. My customer service at my business is way better than yours and your staff any day. Focus on customer service and not being so rude starting from the top and you should get a better rating.

WORST POST OFFICE. I had filed for my ensurance card at the begining of june and what they did was to send it back because the couldn’t find the addres putting addresses unknown only because i calle i knew about that. They send it to me again and im Still weating for it. Last week i had a packge and the person did the same to put addresses unknow so i got the chance to go outside and saw the person and ask why it says that is the addres is correct and she says not but ended giving it to me with rude actitude. Yesterday i got few packages again puting them as an addresses unknown i had to call and filed a claim but them i decide to go on person to ask what was going on and one of the workers as nice she was she decide to help me by finding them, gave her my number to call me to go and pick them up. Im just wishing she dont forget, found them and help me.

Reviews speaks for itself.  This post office is a circus. The worse customer service day in and day out. They play games with peoples packages and their phone is used as a decorative piece because they never answer it. Not an ounce of professionalism. Seems like they’re just there for the paycheck, nothing more nothing less. This post office definitely needs a thorough investigation and a full staff replacement.

The post office should go out of business. The mamed, the lame & the lazy. My cousin sent a package from Bucks cry Pa to Heartford ct with tracking over a fricken week. No updates no one answers the phones when you call. The should fire every employees and be put out of business. They suck simply suck.

I hate dealing with this post office. They don't know how to solve problems .My mail man has a problem with not letting me know. By ringing my door bell when I have a package. He drinks on the job, i told his supervisor who did nothing. he returned my package the same day that he was suppose to deliver the package. And I was up. Not once did he informed me about the package .I'm calling corporate office.

My license plate was mailed to the wrong address which was my fault. I went tot he address where I saw the mailman doing his deliveries I approached him and as soon a I opened my mouth he took a business card with his bosses Information handed it to me and went around me without one spoke word. So you’re telling me that you work with the public it you are so rude. Like come on I just wanted to ask you if you had it. My goodness it’s like I killed his cat. Went to the post office and they’re no help at all. Customer service is a no go at the post office and it’s sad.

This post office is very unprofessional , the passport lady was yelling at me in front of the whole store. I took and paid for my photo and my passport on June 6 and paid 237.73 for everything. I got denied because the photo was burry, which I took the photo there. Instead of an apology for the inconvenience I sat there arguing with a lady. That was her job to make sure the photo comes out right but she failed to do so. I asked for a manager and there was no manager then some lady came out the back with an attitude also and that didn't get anywhere.I will never ever go there again . That post office need some type of training. Because no matter how she feels she should not be yelling at a paying customer

I should have read the reviews before deciding to let my mail go through this place, if I had known anything about this post office I would have just used a different address for my packages. I had some important documents that I was expecting from Florida. I was waiting all week, then they apparently attempted to deliver it because I found a slip by my mailbox with my name misspelled so when I go to the post office to pick it up they can't find anything. They can't even track it because the person didn't even write the tracking number just some scratched out scribble. I went the next day and they still couldn't find it. They gave me a supervisors number, and she just referred me to another supervisor. I'm really pissed cuz I ordered another item and it says they delivered it two days ago. I've been here everyday and no package was left, and they never even left a slip so where's my stuff? So far $80 of my money has gone down the drain because of this place. Avoid them at all costs.

Where to begin?  clueless of there services - I used the interception service via the website because I messed up on the address. I paid for the service so I can pick up the package there. the attempted to deliver the package anyways to the wrong address. I paid for this service and they looked at me clueless.  unprofessional and lazy - I went the next day because my tracker last update shoed it was still there. they checked two spots and gave up looking. I showed them the tracker which states the package was there and clerk took down my information and to have his manager look "later".  Never pick up the phone - I've called numerous times to save a trip but never get an answer so I waste my time going there just to find out my package is not there when its suppose to be.  Attitudes - employees are in the business. they always have an attitude and show that they are unhappy. horrible customer service.  take there precious time - lines out the door and they still work with no sense of urgency. super slow pace.  I've been up to the desk looking for my package and was told to write down my information which takes 10 seconds. as am writing my information the clerk takes the next person while I am still at the desk and has me wait 10 minutes while she assists the other person.  this place is ridiculous and I hope corporate reads these reviews and consider retraining or replacing the Washington st 06106 usps.
