Recently placed an order for a few items on Amazon. Expected delivery was on a Saturday with some light snow. Received a note that they attempted delivery of an 8ft level but could not deliver it because my mail box was full. Um - did they seriously think an 8ft level would fit in a standard size mail box? Funny thing - they never actually made the attempt for that item. Three items from the same order were then delivered an hour later. No issue. I then received another notice that two other items from the same order could not be delivered because they could not gain access to my front door. Nice try again but yet another lie given that my family and I were outside enjoying the snow at the time they said they attempted a delivery. Pathetic service and their lies only make them look worse. Just admit that you can’t drive in snow (barely an inch on the road and I don’t have a long driveway) or that you messed the delivery up. Don’t make up some lame excuse and blame the customer for not having a big enough mail box for an 8ft level. How stupid are you people?

Nicest people to deal with. Always friendly and efficient. I wish all Post Offices operated like this one. Opens kind of late though.
