I had to take some time out of my busy schedule to write this review regarding Kathy Torrisi. When an individual love and take pride in their job it really shows. Ms. Torrisi is very professional and assist in any way she can. The Health Department should take pride in having someone like Kathy working for them. Dealing with Covid and opening a restaurant is difficult and stressful but with Kathy assistance the process was a little easier.
Scott Seidel has been very helpful and instrumental in the inspection/permit. process. This is my second restaurant that I am opening and both times he has been professional and remains prompt in returning my calls.
We are awaiting a permit, for more than a month, for a new well. We are without heat and water, and there is no one to speak with at your offices.; There are constant recordings without response . Taxes are paid when required, but the community’ needs are not filled in a timely manner with urgency. We are disappointed in our local government.
There were many people there, we waited 2 hours before they saw us.
